Questions about your sale, your account or the app? Email support@listmyhouse.ai. A person reads every message and answers, usually within one business day.

In the app

Ask the assistant (Ask AI) anything about your sale, any time. For help with the app itself, use Help with the app on Home. To talk with a licensed agent about your price, an offer or a counter, book a call with your partner agent from Home.

Signing in

Sign in with your email: we send you a 6-digit code. You can also set a password in Account.

Deleting your account

Open Account, then Delete my account, or email us. What's deleted and what's kept: Delete your Keystead account.

How we use your data is in our privacy policy; the rules for using Keystead are in our terms of service.
