Delete your Keystead account

Keystead, by Keystead Technologies LLC, lets you delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

On iPhone, Android or the web: open Account, then Delete my account. If your home doesn't have a signed listing agreement, your account and its data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@listmyhouse.ai from the email address on your account, with "Delete my account" as the subject. We confirm it's you, then delete your account within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your account (name, email, phone and password), your homes and their details, photos, documents, messages, notifications and settings.

What's kept

If your home has a signed listing agreement, the brokerage has to keep the sale's records (the agreement, disclosures, offers and contracts) for as long as real estate law requires, three years in Ohio. Our team closes out the listing with you first, then deletes everything else. A record of how a sale went is kept without your name or contact details, as our privacy policy explains. Emails already sent stay in their recipients' inboxes.
