What Keystead is

Keystead is software that helps homeowners sell their own home. MLS listings are placed by licensed partner brokers under a separate listing agreement you sign in the app.

Your decisions

Keystead's assistant gives information and drafts documents for your review. You decide whether to list, what price to set, and whether to accept, counter or decline any offer. Keystead isn't a law firm and doesn't give legal, tax or financial advice.

Fees

Keystead's fee is 1% of the sales price, at least $2,500, paid at closing through your title company. Nothing is due before closing, and nothing is owed if your home doesn't sell.

Text messages

If you turn on text notices, or add a mobile number when booking a showing, Keystead sends texts about that sale or showing only: bookings, reminders, lockbox codes, offers and closing updates. Message frequency varies with activity, usually a few a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help, or email support@listmyhouse.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Electronic signatures

You agree to use electronic records and signatures for documents in your sale. You can ask for paper copies at any time.
