Sell your house in Akron, Ohio with AI, for 1%
Akron-area homes often sell at prices where a 6% commission takes years of equity. Keystead keeps most of it with you. Keystead handles the whole sale of your Akron home in one AI app, and a licensed Ohio brokerage lists it on the MLS, so buyers in Summit County and beyond see it on Zillow, Realtor.com and every major home site.
Free estimate in about a minute. No card, nothing upfront, nothing if it doesn't sell.

Questions
How do I list my house myself?
Enter your address, check your price against real nearby sales, and sign the listing agreement in the app. Keystead books photos and a lockbox, and a licensed broker puts your house on the MLS within one business day after the photos are delivered. You pay 1% at closing, and nothing if it doesn't sell.
Will my home be on Zillow, Realtor.com and Redfin?
Yes. Your home is listed on the local MLS, and the MLS feeds the major home search sites. Your listing looks like every other listing to buyers and their agents.
Is this "for sale by owner"?
You're the seller and you make every decision, but your home is on the MLS with professional photos and real contracts. Buyers' agents treat it like any other listing, which is what gets it shown and sold.
Who pays the buyer's agent?
That's negotiated with each offer, in writing. Any fee a buyer's agent asks for shows up as its own line on your offer sheet, next to what you'd keep, so you can accept it, counter it or leave it out.
Is the AI deciding things for me?
No. It prices, reads, checks and drafts. You decide what to list at, which offer to take and what to counter, and you sign everything yourself. Every document records who signed, when and from where.
What if I want to talk to a person?
Calls with a licensed agent at the big moments are included, and you can message our team from the app or email support@listmyhouse.ai anytime.
Do I have to be home for showings?
No, and it's better if you're not. Buyers book online, verify their ID, and get the lockbox code 30 minutes before their slot. You get feedback afterwards.
What do I have to disclose?
What you actually know about your home. Your state's disclosure form is in the app, saves as you go, and goes on your MLS listing once you sign it. Honest answers protect you.
What if my home doesn't sell?
You owe nothing. There's no upfront fee and no cancellation fee. The listing fee is only ever paid at closing, from your proceeds. You can take your home off the market any time; your listing agreement keeps running for its 180-day term, so the fee applies if you sell during that time.
I'm an investor. Can I sell more than one home?
Yes. Add as many homes as you like to one account, and each gets its own listing, pricing, showings and offers. Switch between them from your Home screen. You pay the same fee on each home, and only when it sells.
