Everything it takes to sell your home, in one app

Most home-selling tools do one piece: an estimate, a flat-fee MLS entry, a showing app, an e-sign service. Keystead does the whole sale, from your first price to the day your proceeds are wired, with your AI assistant beside you at every step and a licensed agent a call away.

Here's what selling with Keystead looks like

Real screens from the app. The AI does the work of a listing agent and shows you every step. Watch every feature in action →

AI reads every email

Agents email your listing. The AI reads every word.

Your home gets its own email address, and it goes on the MLS. Every email that comes in is opened, read and summarized for you: offers, counteroffers, repair requests, lender letters, title updates, including documents sent from dotloop and DocuSign.

  • Offers land in your offer sheet with every term pulled from the contract
  • Each number is checked against the document itself, not just the email
  • Nothing is answered or signed until you say so

Offers

Know what every offer actually puts in your pocket.

Each offer shows what you'd net after their closing-cost asks and agent fee, how it compares to your list price, and a suggested counter with its AI confidence of acceptance. Slide the counter and the numbers update as you go.

  • Counter, accept or decline in a tap, then sign on your phone
  • The counter is filled in and emailed to their agent for you
  • A licensed agent is a call away for the big decisions

Showings

Showings book themselves, with ID checks.

Pick the windows that work for you. Buyers and their agents book from your listing page, verify their ID first, and get the lockbox code 30 minutes before their visit, never earlier.

  • Works alongside ShowingTime requests from agents
  • Feedback from every visit, collected for you
  • Walk-ins from your yard sign's QR code, if you want them

Marketing

Your marketing is made before you ask.

Share-ready graphics, a listing video, posts for Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor, a printable flyer, neighbor door hangers and open house signs, all made from your photos and your listing.

  • A weekly coaching report with your numbers and what to do next
  • Open houses with QR sign-in and thank-you notes
  • A reminder to share at every milestone

Under contract

Every step to closing, read and tracked.

Once you're under contract, the AI reads the inspection report and the buyers' repair request, suggests a fair credit, and keeps your title company, deadlines and walkthrough on track until the money's in your account.

  • Your price stays locked by the signed contract
  • Title company opened and sent your documents automatically
  • Walkthrough and closing day, step by step

Your assistant

Always tells you the next step. Answers anything, any hour.

The home screen shows exactly what to do next, in plain English. Ask the assistant anything, like whether an offer is good or what to counter, and it answers from your listing, your numbers and real sales nearby.

  • Knows your listing, every offer and every email
  • Push and text alerts for anything time-sensitive
  • Works on your phone and your computer

Real people

A human, whenever you want one

A licensed agent

A phone call away for the big moments: setting your price, weighing an offer, handling an inspection request. Included, with no upsell.

A title company

Holds the earnest money, prepares closing and wires your proceeds. Keystead never touches your money.

Our team

Reads anything the AI isn't sure about, and is one message away in the app.

Why we built this

Too good for too long

The price never dropped

Booking a flight, trading a stock, filing your taxes: every one of those got cheaper as software got better. Selling a home didn't. Six percent in 1990, six percent today, on homes worth three times as much. The commission wasn't tied to the work. It was tied to the house.

The rules were written by the people paid by them

Agents set the commission, agents ran the MLS that decides which homes buyers see, and for years an owner who listed without an agent got their home hidden or skipped. In 2024 the industry paid $418 million to settle lawsuits over how commissions were set. The rules are changing. Most sellers still don't know it.

What an agent actually does

Look up comparable sales. Write a description. Book a photographer. Put the listing on the MLS. Schedule showings. Forward offers. Fill in a standard contract. Remind you about deadlines. Good agents do this well. It's also exactly the kind of work AI is built for, at a fraction of the price.

What Keystead is

Not a discount agent. A different system: an AI that does the work, your home on the MLS like any other listing, a licensed agent on the phone when you want a human.

For house flippers

Flipping houses? Keep the commission in your margin.

A 6% listing commission can eat a quarter of a flip's profit. With Keystead you pay 1% at closing, and run every flip from one screen.

Flip savings calculatorLive
You'd keep$80,000more a year than paying a 6% commission

Each home at $400,000, the average sale price: $24,000 to a 6% agent vs $4,000 with Keystead, $20,000 more per flip.

  • List the week the work's done. Set up the listing while the crew finishes, then book photos and go live on the MLS without waiting on an agent.
  • Priced from real comps. The value range comes from what comparable homes nearby actually sold for, so you're not guessing while carrying costs add up.
  • Showings without you there. Buyers' agents book through the MLS and your page. You stay at the next job site.
  • Every flip in one portfolio. Offers, showings and deadlines across all your properties, with alerts that name the house.
  • Offers by what you net. See each offer after concessions and agent pay, financed or cash, and counter in a minute.

Questions

How do I list my house myself?

Enter your address, check your price against real nearby sales, and sign the listing agreement in the app. Keystead books photos and a lockbox, and a licensed broker puts your house on the MLS within one business day after the photos are delivered. You pay 1% at closing, and nothing if it doesn't sell.

Will my home be on Zillow, Realtor.com and Redfin?

Yes. Your home is listed on the local MLS, and the MLS feeds the major home search sites. Your listing looks like every other listing to buyers and their agents.

Is this "for sale by owner"?

You're the seller and you make every decision, but your home is on the MLS with professional photos and real contracts. Buyers' agents treat it like any other listing, which is what gets it shown and sold.

Who pays the buyer's agent?

That's negotiated with each offer, in writing. Any fee a buyer's agent asks for shows up as its own line on your offer sheet, next to what you'd keep, so you can accept it, counter it or leave it out.

Is the AI deciding things for me?

No. It prices, reads, checks and drafts. You decide what to list at, which offer to take and what to counter, and you sign everything yourself. Every document records who signed, when and from where.

What if I want to talk to a person?

Calls with a licensed agent at the big moments are included, and you can message our team from the app or email support@listmyhouse.ai anytime.

Do I have to be home for showings?

No, and it's better if you're not. Buyers book online, verify their ID, and get the lockbox code 30 minutes before their slot. You get feedback afterwards.

What do I have to disclose?

What you actually know about your home. Your state's disclosure form is in the app, saves as you go, and goes on your MLS listing once you sign it. Honest answers protect you.

What if my home doesn't sell?

You owe nothing. There's no upfront fee and no cancellation fee. The listing fee is only ever paid at closing, from your proceeds. You can take your home off the market any time; your listing agreement keeps running for its 180-day term, so the fee applies if you sell during that time.

I'm an investor. Can I sell more than one home?

Yes. Add as many homes as you like to one account, and each gets its own listing, pricing, showings and offers. Switch between them from your Home screen. You pay the same fee on each home, and only when it sells.

Start with what your home is worth.

Free, in about a minute. Then decide whether you'd rather keep the commission.

No card, no commitment, no agent calling you.
